HOW AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE ARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA USED?

The MDevNet Network uses the information collected to facilitate the management of users of the MDevNet Network website and participants in the activities of the MDevNet Network ("Member"), for historical and statistical purposes, legal obligations, quality of service control, research and future contacts. We use the information collected to tailor our activities and our communication to Members and users, to send information through e-mail, SMS or telephone call. This communication does not constitute a legal or contractual obligation. There are no consequences for those who do not provide them. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INFORMATION?

The MDevNet Network is responsible for collected data that is processed by computer. To ensure the security of your data and the utmost confidentiality, we treat the information you provided to us in an absolutely confidential manner, in accordance with our internal security and confidentiality policies and procedures, which comply with applicable law, and do not share your data with third parties. There may be automated decisions, such as profiling, to best match our offer to the needs of Members and users, based on their interests.

The owner of the data may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the National Data Protection Commission.

WHO CAN I CONTACT TO ACCESS, RECTIFY OR DELETE THE DATA?

Members and users of the MDevNet Network have different privacy concerns and can at any time review, update and decide what type of data they wish to see saved. The person in charge of the data can be contacted directly through the e-mail info@mdevnet.pt, who may at any time request the copying of data concerning him, withdrawal of consent, rectification, erasure, limitation, portability and opposition to their treatment. On the MDevNet website you can remove the account without any necessary justification. The subsequent withdrawal of consent does not compromise the legality of the treatment performed on the basis of prior consent.

HOW LONG IS THE DATA STORED?

The personal data will be kept until the end of its use and will be eliminated after 2 years from the last interaction of the user or Member with the website or activities of the MDevNet Network or, as long as the user or Member benefits from the activities or communication from the MDevNet Network, if at a later date, and if applicable. There may be legal provisions requiring that personal data be kept for a minimum period of time. Members and users shall be duly informed in this case.
